擴(kuò)增效率高
以梯度稀釋（1 μg-100 pg，10 倍稀釋）的不同物種 RNA 為模板，使用 TransGen 和 Company V 產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行反轉(zhuǎn)錄并進(jìn)行 qPCR（AQ601）檢測(cè)，結(jié)果表明， TransGen 產(chǎn)品擴(kuò)增效率高。
