EasyTaq? DNA Polymerase是從克隆有Thermu aquaticus DNA Polymerase基因的載體，在大腸桿菌中經(jīng)誘導表達、分離純化而成，其分子量為94 kDa。EasyTaq? DNA Polymerase具有5'→3' DNA聚合酶活性和5'→3'外切酶活性，無3'-5'外切酶活性。其PCR產(chǎn)物不適用于聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳。
? 延伸速度為1-2 kb/min。
? 擴增產(chǎn)物3'端帶"A”堿基，可直接克隆于pEASY?-T載體中。
? 基因組DNA片段的擴增 (≤4 kb)。
