本產(chǎn)品含有反轉(zhuǎn)錄反應(yīng)所需的全部試劑(TransScript? RT, RNase Inhibitor, Anchored Oligo(dT)18 Primer, Random Primer(N9), dNTPs, Buffer)，濃度為5×。反應(yīng)時，只需加入gDNA Remover、模板RNA和水即可高效地合成第一鏈cDNA，同時去除RNA模板中殘留的基因組DNA。另配有5×TransScript? All-in-One No-RT Control SuperMix for qPCR，用于配制無反轉(zhuǎn)錄酶的對照，判斷qPCR模板是否來自cDNA。該產(chǎn)品操作簡便，降低操作過程中的污染機率。cDNA只適用于qPCR，不適用于常規(guī)PCR。
