本試劑盒利用硅膠膜離心柱特異地吸附RNA，純化經(jīng)DNase I處理的總RNA產(chǎn)物、體外轉錄產(chǎn)物、RNA標記產(chǎn)物、合成RNA等，能有效地去除蛋白質、有機化合物、無機鹽離子等雜質，操作簡便、快速。純化的RNA適用于RT-PCR、qRT-PCR、芯片分析、Northern Blot、RNAi等實驗。
