本產(chǎn)品由8種重組蛋白質(zhì)組成，分子量范圍為25 kDa-90 kDa。其中25 kDa是藍(lán)色預(yù)染條帶，45 kDa和85 kDa是橙色預(yù)染條帶，便于動(dòng)態(tài)觀察蛋白質(zhì)電泳狀態(tài)，判斷轉(zhuǎn)膜效果和方向，45 kDa便于剪膜。其它條帶含有多種IgG亞型結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，蛋白質(zhì)分子量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條帶和目的蛋白條帶同時(shí)結(jié)合抗體，用相同標(biāo)記抗體來檢測(cè)。經(jīng)化學(xué)發(fā)光檢測(cè)后顯示25 kDa，40 kDa，60 kDa，75 kDa和90 kDa 條帶。
