本產(chǎn)品通過PCR方法檢測培養(yǎng)細胞等生物材料中的支原體，針對支原體16S rRNA序列保守區(qū)域設計特異引物，直接使用細胞培養(yǎng)液作為模板，特異性擴增支原體DNA，具有操作簡便、快速、特異性強、靈敏度高的特點。其可以檢出口腔支原體(M.orale)、肺炎支原體(M.pneumoniae)、豬鼻支原體(M.hyorhinis)、精氨酸支原體(M.arginini)、發(fā)酵支原體(M.fermentans)、唾液支原體(M.salivarium)、梨支原體（M.pirum）、人型支原體（M. hominis）、萊氏無膽甾原體（A.laidlawii）在內的共54 種支原體。
