TransStart? KD Plus DNA Polymerase是一種經(jīng)過基因改造的高保真DNA聚合酶。該酶擴增能力優(yōu)于普通Pfu酶，擴增速度快(1 kb/min，與Taq酶相當)。由于該酶具有極強的3’→5’外切酶活性，與普通Pfu酶相比，保真性更高，是EasyTaq? DNA Polymerase的108倍。
? 擴增產(chǎn)物為平端，可直接克隆于pEASY?-Blunt 系列載體中。
