本試劑盒采用獨(dú)特的裂解緩沖液裂解組織 (新鮮、凍存組織)，所得裂解物無需純化即可作為模板，用抗抑制的2×TransDirect? PCR SuperMix Ⅱ (+dye)進(jìn)行擴(kuò)增。擴(kuò)增產(chǎn)物可直接上樣電泳。AD3 Buffer建議分裝使用。
