白介素-12（Interleukin 12， IL-12），又稱為自然殺傷細(xì)胞刺激因子(NKSF)[1]、細(xì)胞毒性T細(xì)胞成熟因子(CLMF)[2-3]或p70 [4]，是由IL-12B(p40)和IL-12A(p35)亞基組成，兩個(gè)亞基間通過二硫鍵連接。IL-12是一種重要的免疫調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞因子，主要由活化的巨噬細(xì)胞和樹突細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生。在其眾多多效性功能中，IL-12已被證明可誘導(dǎo)IFN-γ的產(chǎn)生、TH1分化、以及T細(xì)胞的活化和NK細(xì)胞的增殖。這些功能是通過IL-12與其異二聚體跨膜受體復(fù)合物結(jié)合介導(dǎo)的 [5]。本產(chǎn)品為融合表達(dá)的p40和p35雙亞基，具有良好的生物學(xué)活性。
