白介素-21（interleukin-21，IL-21），屬于I類細(xì)胞因子，與IL-2、IL-4、IL-15等有較高的同源性，它與IL-7，IL-9共用γ c受體亞單位[1-2]。IL-21由活化的CD4+T細(xì)胞分泌，分子結(jié)構(gòu)與IL-15相似，參與調(diào)節(jié)B細(xì)胞增殖，協(xié)同IL-15促進(jìn)骨髓前體細(xì)胞增殖和NK細(xì)胞增殖、分化和細(xì)胞毒活性[3-5]。
