轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-beta1（TGF-beta1/TGFB1）是一種多功能細(xì)胞因子，與其受體具有很強(qiáng)的結(jié)合能力[1]。不同物種的TGF-beta1蛋白的氨基酸序列非常保守。TGF-beta1蛋白前體無活性，激活的TGF-beta1蛋白與普遍表達(dá)的細(xì)胞表面 TGF-beta1型受體 (TGFBRI) 和 II 型受體 (TGFBRII) 結(jié)合[2]。TGF-beta1蛋白可以調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞增殖、生長、分化和細(xì)胞運(yùn)動，并具有免疫調(diào)節(jié)和促纖維化作用[3-4]。
