肝細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子(hepatocyte growth factor，HGF)是存在于急性肝損傷動(dòng)物血漿中的蛋白因子，它能刺激肝細(xì)胞的DNA合成，且在肝再生過(guò)程中起重要作用。HGF由728個(gè)氨基酸構(gòu)成，其活性形式是由一條重鏈(α鏈)和一條輕鏈(β鏈)組成的異二聚體，α鏈N-端有一發(fā)夾結(jié)構(gòu)；β鏈有絲氨酸蛋白酶樣結(jié)構(gòu)[1-3]。HGF刺激有絲分裂、細(xì)胞運(yùn)動(dòng)和基質(zhì)侵襲的能力使其在血管生成、腫瘤發(fā)生、組織再生和心肌保護(hù)中發(fā)揮核心作用[4-5]。HGF還與多種癌癥有關(guān)，包括肺癌、胰腺癌、甲狀腺癌、結(jié)腸癌和乳腺癌[6]。
