本產(chǎn)品包含全封閉法TransStart? TipTaq新型熱啟動(dòng)酶( 利用三種蛋白封閉模板和引物，利用特殊的化學(xué)物質(zhì)和DNA聚合酶結(jié)合，封閉DNA聚合酶活性 )、優(yōu)化的雙陽(yáng)離子緩沖液、EvaGreen 熒光染料、dNTPs、PCR增強(qiáng)劑、PCR穩(wěn)定劑。本產(chǎn)品濃度為2×，使用時(shí)只需加入模板、引物、Passive Reference Dye ( 根據(jù)qPCR儀選擇 ) 和水，使其工作濃度為1×，即可進(jìn)行反應(yīng)。
