TransZol利用異硫氰酸胍裂解細(xì)胞。在樣品的裂解過(guò)程中，TransZol可保持RNA完整性，加入RNA Extraction Agent后，溶液分為無(wú)色水相和粉紅色有機(jī)相，RNA在水相，用異丙醇可沉淀回收RNA，有機(jī)相用異丙醇可回收蛋白質(zhì)。適用于快速提取多種組織和細(xì)胞中的總RNA。
